How to produce a wine: What are the basic "ingredients" to produce a wine, the vocabulary around it and qualitative aspects.

What are the comon grapes of Languedoc-Roussillon: what are theyr aroma profile and how do they change from other producing regions.
The french controlled appelation system: how to understand the different wine classifications and which one are the most know in Languedoc Roussillon
