Cancellation Policy
Your ticket is valid only for the date selected at the time of booking. Classes take place in almost all weather conditions. Since we practice on Lake Zurich, a little rain simply adds to the adventure. Sessions are only cancelled in the event of an official storm warning or when conditions are deemed unsafe. With only 6 boards available per class, last-minute notice gives us the best chance of offering your spot to someone on the waiting list. If we are able to fill your place, we will gladly transfer your booking to another available session (subject to availability).
