Cancellation Policy
Your ticket is valid only for the date selected at the time of booking. Classes take place in almost all weather conditions. Since we practice on Lake Zurich, a little rain simply adds to the adventure. Sessions are only cancelled in the event of an official storm warning or when conditions are deemed unsafe.
